• We offer monthly discussion meetings for our members that wish for live interaction.  At these meetings, we have an open discussion format.  If a specific topic is planned for a meeting, it will be announced to the group via email and Facebook pages.
  • Specific meeting information such as date/time/location are available to registered members only.  It is very simple to become a member.  Visit our Contact Us page and enter your information.  We will send you a membership form to complete and return.  When we receive the signed form you will be invited to our groups.  That is it!
  • We also offer occasional social meetings that we call our “Whine” and Dines.  On these evenings, we meet at a local restaurant and discuss things in a less formal setting.  Members are responsible for their own food and/or drinks at these meetings.
  • We have Guest Speakers when the opportunity arises.

Please note that meeting attendance is not required for membership. We also have very active private Yahoo Group and a Closed Facebook Page for sharing information, exchanging allergy friendly recipes and asking questions.
